Much like children cats around the world and in Orange County require toys for stimulation. Cats thoroughly enjoy having toys, and sometimes they even have favorite toys which they are possessive of.
It is important to get toys that your cat will enjoy. Having toys will improve their health both physically and emotionally. Cats have instincts which tell them to stalk and hunt, and their toys help them to exercise these instincts. Cats without toys and that are not encouraged to play will likely be shy, scared, lazy, and possibly overweight.
Play with your cat as well. Even 10 to 15 minutes a couple of times a day will do wonders for your frisky feline. It will also reduce the chances that they will scratch on your furniture.

There are many types of toys to pick from so try evaluating your cat’s personality before choosing a gift. If your cat likes to hunt get small furry toys which make sounds. For those avid climbers try getting them toys that dangle. Runners could get more fun from toys that are slippery and roll about.
