Online reviews are an essential part of business in 2011. We would dearly appreciate you spending the time to give us a great review on line on sites such as Google, Yelp!, Bing, Yahoo, etc. Reviews and direct referrals are the best way that we can grow and be even better suited to help your pets. More clients coming in means that we can better afford more staff, doctors, and most modern equipment to helps pets live longer lives.
But too often, reviews are places where people air grievances and complaints that are frequently due to a breakdown in communication and are easily remedied. Negative reviews can not only negatively impact our reputation, but also are not a lot of fun to read. They also can spread across numerous search engines and if the problem is resolved, the reviews may still remain on other sites indefinitely. Because I want all of our clients to feel that we treated both them and their pet in an exemplary manner, I ask that if we didn’t meet your satisfaction, to please discuss the issue in person, on the phone, or via email…before posting a review on line. That way we have an opportunity to make things better for you and your pet during your visits to us. While I certainly don’t like to hear that anyone is unhappy, I’d prefer to know so we can constantly improve. Your comments are always welcome.
