Rani got adopted!

Rani was a foundling, left abandoned in the cold, soaking wet. She needed a lot of TLC. Joann worked very hard with her, and after several months here in the hospital, Joann took her into her home and

worked on getting her ready for adoption. And today was the big day. She went to an adoption event with Caring Friends Cat Rescue and she quickly found a home. We were quite worried that the event would have been too much for her, but she was a wonderful girl and found a wonderful home.

We have adopted out Champ, a pug left in our care due to severe skin and ear disease. He now lives with another pug and they are having a blast.

Unfortunately, we have been having a very tough time getting Annie and Shirley, our two petite pit bull sisters adopted. They have been with us for many months now. They were completely unsocialized when they were abandoned (they were scared, , and have come a very long way. They adore attention and love people. They are spayed and fully vaccinated. They will still need more training and Margo, our trainer, has agreed to free lessons to the lucky family that adopts them. Because they did get into a scuffle when together, we are not adopting them together. If you are interested, or know someone who is, please let us know. If you can share this information that they are up for adoption, we can hopefully get them adopt into a loving family.
