We’ve finally done it. Passed the final hurdles and cleared all of our inspections and received our occupancy permit. That means we will be opening our doors on Monday, ready to see patients in our new facility. A special thanks go out to Michael, our contractor and president of MDH Project Management. He has done a stellar job and has been very patient with all of the hurdles the city has put before us.
Like I said, we will be open Monday. All of our cats will be going with us, Lucky, Forest, Baby Monster, and Petey. Cats in the hospital will be making the move too. All dogs hospitalized will be moving with us. Dogs that are currently boarding in our older building will stay there until the go home. Once everyone has left, then we will be temporarily closing the building for much-needed rehab. The park will remain available for your use. Brian will still be there, as he is unaffected by the move. Once we have finished repairs, we will be reopening our older building for dog boarding and for rescue groups to use the front portion for adoptions.
We will be having an Open House, Sunday March 4th at 2 pm at our new facility.
We might be having some phone issues as we get our phone number transferred. You might consider using email as an alternate way to reach us. By Monday, we will be all transferred our phone number will remain the same.
